Great location. Convenient and affordable parking.

The apartment was lovely and clean with all the facilities we needed. The cost for parking was reasonable compared to other options in the city. We appreciated having soap, shampoo, tea, and coffee provided. The balcony was a nice touch, even though the view wasn't great. The location was perfect with supermarkets nearby and easy access to local shops and trams. The staff was helpful in arranging a late check-in and waived the fee due to advanced notice.

We recently had a pleasant stay at this place, where we were upgraded to a spacious 2-bedroom room. The location is fantastic, being situated along a pathway to the main building and right behind a shopping centre. We had access to a balcony, sitting area, dressing area, and dining table which offered a great sense of space. To top it off, the room amenities were fantastic including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, patio.

Great location, close to South Melbourne Market and CBD. Walking distance to attractions. Convenient with a washing machine and dryer. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location of the apartments was very convenient, with three main supermarkets located next door, making it easy to pick up groceries and supplies. the apartments were within the free tram zone, allowing for easy access to various parts of the city. The location was also ideal for attending events at the nearby exhibition center, such as the cheerleading nationals.

The additional charges for late check-in, without upfront notification, left a sour taste and caused some inconvenience for guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and had a nice layout. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was convenient, with two supermarkets right next door, making it easy to pick up any necessities. the hotel was close to everything we needed, providing easy access to various attractions and amenities in the area.

The facilities were great and the apartment was very clean and modern. We were impressed by the comfortable accommodations and the close proximity to all the amenities we needed. the manager was very attentive and were very good too ensure we had a pleasant stay.

Although there were a few minor issues in the brand new apartment we stayed in, the apartment manager promptly addressed them and ensured we had an enjoyable stay. This level of customer service was greatly appreciated.
